I’ve been fit my entire life and I’m always looking for the next best thing when it comes to health and fitness. I just ordered the shake weight and I’m looking to use this product when I travel. It’s just 5 pounds so it fits neatly in my luggage alongside my computer and business documents. My body is telling me that it’s time to workout and this is always difficult when I travel. Some of the hotels across the country are nice but lack the necessary equipment and space for a fitness room.
