In this very disillusioned world there is no doubt that people are desperate for hope. This is the very reason why many people, me included, are obsessed with top romantic comedies regardless of age, race, sex or economic status. After all, money can’t buy love. Every generation has their own version of blockbuster romantic comedies or rom-com for short. What I love the most about this kind of movie is it is light and relaxing for the whole family. Gone are the days when men think of rom-coms are quite cheesy and call them chick flick. Thanks to infamous writer and director Judd Apatow for reinventing this genre with his hilarious movies including Forgetting Sarah Marshall, The 40 Year Old Virgin, She’s Out of My League and Knocked Up.
